ABOUT US:


Midhurst Windows and Doors is a bespoke manufacturer specialising in high-quality timber windows and doors. We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship and attention to detail, delivering premium products to our customers.


As part of our mission to streamline production and enhance operational efficiency, we are seeking an Office Administrator  to join our team for maternity cover.


ROLE OVERVIEW:


As our office administrator, you will be responsible for a wide range of the business office needs. You will collaborate closely with our sales advisor and our installation team.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Customer service | Answering the phones and dealing with customer questions and queries in a professional manor
  • Handling customer administrative tasks | Generating customer IWA certifications, registering installations with FENSA and several other documents required for customers.
  • Managing our fleet of vans | Ensuring MOTs and tax are kept up-to-date and arranging for any maintenance or breakdowns to be resolved.
  • Ordering | Managing stocktake of supplies for installers and ordering of hardware when required.
  • Working with our workshop | The joiners may require support in arranging for engineers to fix a broken machine, ordering parts and so on.


ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Experience with CRM platforms / Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.


DESIRABLE SKILLS:


  • Previous office experience preferred – training provided
  • Good sense of time management and ability to multi-task within the team
